Marc Lowe - Musical Genius

It is a pleasure to request submission of a short film to the inaugural Rising Sun International Film Festival.  It is the sincere hope of The Uri Tenpo Movement that the music video “The Flowers Are Screaming/Black Nail” as performed by Marc Lowe with Laughing Moon will be submitted to win multiple awards and earn much deserved laurels for its genius cinematography, wonderful soundtrack, and a superb and captivating performance by musical genius and top-class actor Marc Lowe.
